These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this platform (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

What the Platform is (and is not)

Gameplay, payments, purchases, redemptions, and account-specific gaming activity are not conducted on the Platform and may be managed by the respective gameroom operators. When you choose to continue to an operator, you leave the Platform and are subject to that operator’s terms.
Accounts
- Provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- New accounts may be reviewed and approved before full access is granted.
- One account per person; do not impersonate others or create accounts by automated means.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Platform to break the law; to post unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content; to harass others; to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform; or to misuse promotions. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Promotions
Promotions shown on the Platform are informational and are subject to eligibility, official rules, and applicable laws, and are void where prohibited. No purchase is necessary to view community content. See our Promotion Rules for details. The Platform does not guarantee any prize, reward, or outcome.
Third-party gamerooms and links
The Platform links to independent gameroom operators and other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for their services, content, availability, or practices. Your dealings with any operator are solely between you and that operator.
Intellectual property
The Platform and its content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content except as permitted. Content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a license to host and display it for the purpose of operating the Platform.
Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for the acts, content, or services of any third-party gameroom operator.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any violation of these Terms or to protect the Platform and its users. You may stop using the Platform and close your account at any time.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory local law.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the latest revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
